Measuring your blinds is really quite easy, but we understand that sometimes mistakes happen!

If you’re a little bit worried about measuring correctly, then our Measure Protect insurance is just the thing to give you complete peace of mind.

If you’ve made a mistake in measuring your blinds, with Measure Protect, we’ll provide you with a replacement blind free of charge*, up to the value of your original order. If your new blind costs more, you’ll simply pay the difference.

What is Covered?

• Measure Protect is available on all made to measure blinds.
• Curtains, Shutters, and Cushions are not eligible for Measure Protect.
• Measure Protect covers for measuring mistakes only.

What is Not Covered?

• Colour mistakes
• Ordering the wrong product
• The cost of returning the blinds*
• Any difference in the original price should the replacement blind be larger*
• The new delivery cost for your replacement blinds*

How Does it Work?

• If you wish to claim against your Measure Protect, simply notify us within 10 working days of receipt of your order.
• Return your mis-measured blinds to us.
• We’ll make your replacement blinds to the correct size, free of charge.
